By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided by Juniors to Pros—including but not limited to:

  • Digital files
  • Printables
  • eBooks and guides
  • Children’s books
  • Illustrations, graphics, and branding
  • Journals, planners, skill trackers, flashcards
  • Videos and training materials
  • Website text and layout

—is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, share, or redistribute any digital files
  • Resell or reproduce any content (digitally or physically)
  • Upload purchased files to any public or private website, cloud storage, group, or shared drive
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Claim our content as your own
  • Modify and resell any of our products

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing a digital product, you understand that:

  • All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device and software can open the file formats provided.
  • Download links may have limits on number of downloads and/or time.
  • Losing your files or failing to back them up does not entitle you to replacements.

Digital products are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

4. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

All digital products purchased from Juniors to Pros are licensed for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless otherwise stated.

Personal use means:

  • You may print the file for yourself or your child.
  • You may use the content for personal training, practice, and enjoyment.

You may NOT:

  • Share the files with others
  • Print copies for students or club use
  • Upload files to online platforms
  • Use any content commercially
  • Sell printed copies or modified versions
  • Distribute the files in any way

A separate Coach / Club / Commercial License may be available upon request.

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If you purchase physical items (such as children’s books or merchandise):

  • We cannot guarantee exact color or print variations, as screen displays differ.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the printing/fulfillment provider.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices for our products are subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

All payments must be made using approved payment methods. Fraudulent transactions may be reported and investigated.

7. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party payment processors, shipping companies, or fulfillment services.
We are not responsible for their actions, performance, or availability.

All content, drills, and guidance are for educational purposes only.
Parents and coaches are responsible for adequate supervision and safe implementation.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Juniors to Pros harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of our products or Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of our intellectual property
11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site or Services for any user who violates these Terms or misuses our intellectual property.

Termination may include:

  • Blocking access to downloads
  • Revoking store access
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, Florida, USA without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
