RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Juniors to Pros. We are committed to providing high-quality educational materials, printables, and coaching resources. Because our products include both digital and physical items, different refund rules apply.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

All digital products—including but not limited to:

  • eBooks
  • Printable worksheets
  • Trackers, planners, journals
  • Flashcards
  • Skill development sheets
  • Coaching tools and templates
  • Downloadable children’s books
  • Any other files delivered electronically

are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This is due to the nature of digital products: once access is granted, the files cannot be returned.

We do not offer refunds because:

  • Digital downloads can be saved, copied, and kept permanently
  • We cannot verify whether a file has been deleted
  • Access is instant

However, if you experience issues with your file (corrupted file, wrong version, access problem), email us at [your support email] and we will assist promptly.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products such as printed books or merchandise are eligible for refunds under certain conditions.

2.1 Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number
  • Include photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the problem.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or expectation not caused by our error
  • Items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Products damaged after delivery

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your payment method.
If you have not received your refund after this period, contact your bank or card provider first, then email us.
